Amazing

Purchased a Fairphone 4 back in 2022 and still using it today. The peace of mind that this phone brings is incredible, I haven't had to replace any part of the phone but I know that if I needed to it's super easy. As long as Fairphone sticks with their values I will be going back to them for all my future phones

If Fairphone Makes It, I’ll Buy It

At this point, I honestly wouldn’t consider any other brand for a product made by Fairphone. A Fairlaptop? I’d buy it. Faircar? Fairrobot vacuum? Fairshoes? I’m in. After nearly six years with my Fairphone 3, I trust this company more than any other tech brand out there.

I’ve been using my Fairphone 3 for almost six years now, and I’m still really happy with it. I plan to keep it going for at least another couple of years. Repairability has been great. So far, I’ve swapped out the bottom module (the vibration had stopped working), and more recently, I replaced the battery and the protective case, both of which had worn out over time. Every fix has been easy and satisfying.

Fairphone stands out in today’s tech world. It’s clear they build their products for their users, not just shareholders. This is a stark contrast to companies like Apple and Samsung, which design products to fail and often seem to resent the need to keep users at least somewhat satisfied in order to maintain profits. Fairphone’s commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and modular design is something I deeply admire. You really get the sense that Fairphone designs for the long term, not just for the next sales cycle.

If more companies followed Fairphone’s lead, the tech world would be a much better place. Until then, I’m sticking with them and looking forward to whatever they come up with next.

Ethical and easy to repair

So good, the phone is ethically made and Fairphone made it so easy to repair my phone when the touch screen went haywire after being dropped in the ocean. It was so easy to order a replacement screen and repair it myself
