How many times can I refer someone?

You can refer new people up to 10 times.

Can I refer anyone?

Not really. We reward you only when you invite new customers. To receive 250 points, make sure your referral didn’t buy a Fairphone from us in the past. If they did, they can become a Keep Club member, and be the ones referring friends.

Can my friend’s referral link be used together with other promotions?

Nope. The friend you referred cannot use the discount together with any other sales promotions or discount codes.

Do my points expire?

We suggest that if you’ve racked up enough points - use them! If you don’t intend to buy something at the moment, you can donate your points. For administrative and financial reasons, your points will expire after 3 years. Please check our T&Cs for all the details.
